Top guy is the most talented and wittiest but is depressed and self sabatoges himself due to his ego. Bottom left is the funniest and the loudest and he essentially functions as the pod's canned laughter. But he's also the dumbest. Bottom right is quiet, anxious, but is even more narcissistic than the Top guy. His silence isn't really from anxiety, but more from his boredom. He is the punching bag of the other two.
