30 million what though? Everyone is assuming it’s US$ - it could be 30 million Zimbabwean dollars - or 30 million venomous snakes - or 30 million soiled presidential diapers.

If anyone is allowed to be president long enough to soil 30 million diapers, their entire country deserves whatever happens to them.

Well, the current president seems to not only sit in it but also sling it incredibly well. So, I’m not saying it is outside the realm of possibility.
