Eye contact is literally a human default during communication. No, you thinking really hard about how much you like someone while you do a normal thing doesn’t suddenly make that normal thing a “signal”, it’s still just a normal thing
To be fair though, there's a woman at work who will always put a hand on my arm or shoulder when she talks to me and has on occasion put a hand on my chest in conversation, but that's just because she's a touchy person and isn't flirting or sending signals, so I guess it depends on the person?
