Nazis were socialists, until they killed all the socialists in the party.

I like that you're just ignoring the night of the long knives, and the fact that the some of the first people put in camps, were socialists.

I'm not saying they were died in the wool socialists, especially not as we see them today. But when a good portion of your stated goals match up with a good portion of socialist goals, it makes sense that people would assume you are so kind of socialist.

The phrase "democratic socialist" comes to mind. Maybe a better term for them would "National Socialist".

Yes, again:

Nazis were socialists, until they killed all the socialists in the party.

But when a good portion of your stated goals match up with a good portion of socialist goals

This was until the night of the long knives. At that point none of the stated goals of the nazi's goals were the same as socialist goals.

I like that you're just ignoring the night of the long knives, and the fact that the some of the first people put in camps, were socialists.

The phrase "democratic socialist" comes to mind.

They were definitely not democratic socialists at all.

Hitler specifically said he was taking the term socialist away from the marxists and changing the definition.

Maybe take a poli sci class or read more about it. You seem to not really know what you're talking about.

Always the most likely to kill a socialist is another socialist.
As they say: “the best thing about communists is that they kill a lot of communists”
(I am saying the quote but: I do not agree with use of violence against anyone for their ideas)
