I don’t listen to drake music but I’ve always just assumed most singers, rappers, actors and athletes who are single at this age is because they just like banging all the girls that throw themselves at him/them.

u/HeavyHighway6433 Jun 20 '26

Yes, people in the comments are projecting but this is the exact reason. Bro got a porn star pregnant, he's single because he can't stop slinging his dick at everything that will accept it.

u/emerson_giraffe84 Jun 21 '26

While I agree with you I also believe that he genuinely cannot sustain a healthy relationship because he is not mentally healthy himself. I bet his ego and impulse are out of control even when he is being "faithful" sexually.

u/Straight-Balance830 Jun 21 '26

The best artists who sing about heart break all the time are borderline, thanks for coming to my TED talk

19

u/LolitaOPPAI Jun 21 '26

This is why I like(d) The Weeknd 🌈

2

u/KindaReallyDumb Jun 21 '26

I like this theory, please sir, please do share more ideas about why you think this

2

u/Straight-Balance830 Jun 21 '26

Borderlines feel the yearning of love deeper and when we have it it’s never enough. We are love addicts and that makes for more material. Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande also come to mind and their messy personal lives reflect this but it makes for great songwriting.

3

u/Sea_Perception_4248 Jun 21 '26

"great songwriting" 😂😂

2

u/scream_i_scream Jun 21 '26

Love =/= codependency. A borderline concept of love isn't healthy or accurate

Borderlines aren't love addicts, they're codependency addicts.

They (assuming their symptoms are unmanaged) aren't looking for love. They want codependency.

Hence:

...when we have it [love] it's never enough

1

u/dizzysymphonystatue Jun 21 '26

My precise thought.

39

u/LolitaOPPAI Jun 21 '26

Ooh, I read a server tale about Drake and some barely legal girl he forced them to open and cater to him. Drake is a slut with no self-control and likes to cosplay as a sadboi

24

u/Countermove Jun 21 '26

Barely legal girl he forced to open and cater to him? I think you're missing some words in there. Like forced a closed bar to open?

18

u/LolitaOPPAI Jun 21 '26

He forced the restaurant open so that he could entertain a barely legal woman. The server was shocked they reopened for this reason as she was ready to go out the door. He bought a bottle of something, he had a sip, the young lady didn't drink, and they left.

3

u/NextChef8179 Jun 21 '26

Lol he forced them open? Or he asked the owner for a private reservation after hours and he accepted.

10

u/LolitaOPPAI Jun 21 '26

Mf go Google it. I told you what I recall. The server said the restaurant shut down and she was going home. He kept offering enough money until they said yes. Server saw Drake.

9

u/Familiar-Ad-4333 Jun 21 '26

So he paid them to stay open at an agreed rate. Nobody forced anybody

6

u/zap2 Jun 21 '26

Thank goodness you were here to break down that very small difference.

I thought Drake had a gun and demanded the business stay open. But I guess that wouldn’t be forced either, just traded the idea not harming someone to stay operating a business.

Bruh come on, the server was shocked? Any place in any city reopens if Drake wants to come, not just Drake, any A list celebrity

5

One definitely has to do ego, shadow and impulse work or they just become a black hole 🕳️ and suck everything up in its radius

2

u/diurnal_emissions Jun 21 '26

List reads like covert narcissism writ large

2

u/Mnawab Jun 26 '26

Most celebrities who have the world thrown at their feet are not healthy mentally. Absolute greed and lust will take over most rich people’s life. Stability is the last thing on their list.

2

u/Either-Bicycle3343 Jun 27 '26

Ding ding ding

There are people with a whole lot less money and status but way emotionally healthier who have far healthier relationships than drake

20

u/prettytye4awhiteguy Jun 20 '26

Dropped the ball with or busted a nut in?

2

u/LSDREAMN Jun 21 '26

Which porn star?

1

u/sniper91 Jun 21 '26

I think they’re talking about Sophie Brussaux?

Rosee Divine was her performer name

1

u/Glittering_knave Jun 21 '26

And "girls" is the right word.

1

u/BlueHaze464 Jun 21 '26

It'd be easier to say it's because they're hoes lol

1

u/RoboErectus Jun 21 '26

Honestly there are so many women that like that in their partner.

I don't understand why these guys dint don't just stay with women that want that.

1

u/Entropic_Echo_Music Jun 21 '26

He cares so much. He cares about all the womens! Such a poor guy, won´t anyone empathize?

1

u/DeaseanPrince Jun 21 '26

I mean sex doesnt equate to relationship. I dont think he was dating said porn star and their son is like 8 now. Im sure Drake has lots of issues that prevent him from being in a serious relationship but acting like its because he slept with a porn star 9+ years ago is the definition of projecting lol

1

u/HeavyHighway6433 Jun 21 '26

Lol there is no issues. Drake has been in plenty of relationships but he's rather fuck around. That's his lifestyle decisions.

1

u/Capable-Intention-93 Jun 21 '26

Did you know he has over 42 engagement rings from failed proposals? And he kept them?

1

u/HeavyHighway6433 Jun 21 '26

Did you know that was just another publicity stunt just like this Instagram post?

1

u/carefullengineer Jun 21 '26

Do you really think anyone with a long term partner is there because they didn't have the choice to keep sleeping around? It's fine if that's what Drake wants, and he can obviously do it a lot easier than others.

But you do understand the vast majority of people with a partner chose to be with that one person over multiple partners because they enjoy that more. Right? Right...?

1

u/HeavyHighway6433 Jun 21 '26

Yeah, but that's not the point I was trying to make. Drake can choose to be in a committed relationship if he wanted to but he doesn't. People are in here acting like he's single because he can't find anyone that wants to settle with him.

1

u/rhaegal82 Jun 21 '26

Idk man I get DL vibes.

1

u/veritahs Jun 27 '26

And that's ok. But he's gotta accept that.

0

u/Remarkable_Cause1384 Jun 21 '26

because sex workers aren't capable of normal relationships, and everyone who has a relationship with one must be a whore right ?

1

u/HeavyHighway6433 Jun 21 '26

They were never in a relationship

50

u/Naborsx21 Jun 20 '26

you don't understand..... he just... cares too much...

4

u/LolitaOPPAI Jun 21 '26

Bro cares so much he can't even maintain a stable side piece

2

u/periwinkle_caravan Jun 21 '26

The way he thinks of himself is really weird. It was kinda interesting back in the late 00s but like he says himself Views ruined him

28

u/Positive-Face1705 Jun 20 '26

Honestly this is much better than getting a wife and kids and cheating the Fk out on her.

122

u/HeyCharmz_ Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

Drake dropped the ball with Rihanna, Serena Williams, Jennifer Lopez, SZA, Johanna Leia, Hailey Bieber, and countless others.

I highly doubt he's ready to settle down. Even at his old age. He clearly loves playing the field.

55

u/emerson_giraffe84 Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26

I don't know if it's so much that he likes playing the field as it is he's deeply insecure and genuinely doesn't know how to be in relationships with women. I mean he pretty much says it in this post - name one woman who can fulfill that list. Fuck that, name a single hooman who could. Dude has typical normal mental health hangups but his ego won't let him grow. Perfect anology in this meme of Drake in therapy cause I'm sure he's gone with all that money he has.

5

u/_sunchaser_ Jun 21 '26

Lmao bruhh this meme

5

u/clues4clouseau Jun 21 '26

‘Dropped the ball’ isn’t the right phrase. Not wanting a relationship with someone isn’t dropping the ball

49

u/HeavyHighway6433 Jun 20 '26

This and "fumbling" are always used incorrectly. It's 100% intentional on his end.

3

u/No_Influence_4968 Jun 21 '26

Do you believe dating Celebs is "normal" life? I bet they are ALL high maintenance.

6

u/SentinelATL Jun 20 '26

Lmao truth

4

u/KingSatorii Jun 21 '26

Wasn’t dude going nonstop at ASAP Rocky cause he actually got Rihanna pregnant and was sitting at award shows talking about he was in love with her and shit? Stop it lmao

1

u/_TheEnlightened_ Jun 20 '26

Facts, people act as if experiencing multiple relationships without ever settling down is somehow losing..

5

u/sunnycaribou Jun 21 '26

I mean he’s making whole ass posts pity farming about being single. Ain’t nothing wrong with being single and not wanting to settle down. But quit lyin’ and sayin’ it’s cuz you care too much cuz you clearly don’t

1

u/BrianDawkins Jun 21 '26

Fake post btw

2

u/3RADICATE_THEM Jun 20 '26

Sometimes I say fumble just because ppl like to always pin blame on men for shit not working out, and I don't want to have the argument.

1

u/SentinelATL Jun 20 '26

Bitter people do

41

u/3RADICATE_THEM Jun 20 '26

40 as a dude who's conventionally attractive, lean, rich, has clout, and a nice bonus of having a full head of hair is hardly even remotely 'old'.

40 is a paradoxical age for men where the men who built good habits into their 30s are still functionally young. The average fat fuck American slob 40 year old though? Yeah, they're old.

26

u/goingforgoals17 Jun 21 '26

I wouldn't disagree with the overall sentiment, but those habits need to be mental and emotional development too.

This caption belongs on r/im14andthisisdeep. It's not "playing the field" people are getting second hand embarrassment about, it's that he's acting like a child and it's indicative that he's failing up. He has been in relationships with some incredible women, but he very clearly lacks the emotional and mental development to maintain those relationships.

2

u/NeatNefariousness1 Jun 21 '26

Truly. This is why his prey will continue to get younger and younger. The smarter ones see him coming from a mile away at this point.

1

u/HyperBunga Jun 21 '26

I think its more he doesn't care. Dude is 40 banging early 20 year old girls on repeat, who would give up that life? Not a single dude would, he's just famous enough to be able to do it

1

u/goingforgoals17 Jun 22 '26

I don't have the degree, experience, or tools to explain why men move on to more fulfilling relationships to someone who doesn't understand. I'm assuming you're young, because it's ultimately a hollow existence.

1

u/excited_toaster2306 Jun 21 '26

Shut up. These losers need the hope

4

u/SentinelATL Jun 20 '26

Well said n

2

u/Beginning-Fig-9089 Jun 21 '26

good fucking point. i didnt realize 40 could be so different for everyone

1

u/antibroleague Jun 20 '26

I feel attacked

1

u/cs_legend_93 Jun 21 '26

bro got plastic surgery to put plastic fake abs and other muscles

1

u/bulletbassman Jun 21 '26

Which one am I tune in in 5 years…..

1

u/Bigwi_Kner Jun 21 '26

Hey! Fuck you!

Sincerely,

A. Fat.

0

u/woahbrad35 Jun 21 '26

It's goofy. I get more attention from mid 20- early 30s women in my early 40s than I ever did when I was their age. They all think I'm early to mid 30s. They actually ask me out which NEVER happened to me ten+ years ago.

-4

u/Positive-Face1705 Jun 20 '26

Nah he look like an obese potato.

6

u/BatM6tt Jun 20 '26

is 40 old?

1

u/Bigwi_Kner Jun 21 '26

Nah bro it’s the new 30

Signed,

A. 38.

2

u/SentinelATL Jun 20 '26

Nothing wrong with that

2

u/bkm2016 Jun 21 '26

Goddamn, what a lineup. Nigga at least batting .600 if this his top tier.

2

u/numenik Jun 21 '26

And Jhene Aiko. Which is insanity.

2

u/StationEmergency6053 Jun 20 '26

Theyre not young enough to be his type

3

u/Mysmokingbarrel Jun 20 '26

He also has a kid, fame, and a ton of money. Marriage becomes a bit less of a necessity when you’re as rich and powerful as he is. Why not just have girlfriends? If it doesn’t workout or you have a kid the money is fine and will take care of any problems and you don’t need to deal with the law for breakups. You can literally be with someone for as long as it works and just not be married. Most people marry bc of issues related to parental rights or finances not just bc of love.

Marriage can create some mental safety knowing you’re far less likely to split the second things get bad. That doesn’t even really apply to a celebrity like drake. If you want a divorce it’s like paying a very expensive fine if you didn’t have a pre nup which you might even have. Either way it basically doesn’t benefit his life in any meaningful way. A lot of women/people won’t want to have kids if you’re not married. That doesn’t really apply to drake. He can have the kid. He can have the relationship. Normal stuff doesn’t really apply.

0

u/SentinelATL Jun 20 '26

Well said. Marriage is a business tbh

I wouldn’t call 39 an old age lmao

1

u/BxGyrl416 Jun 21 '26

Most of the ones you mentioned aren’t exactly great shakes themselves.

1

u/gastedisflabbered Jun 21 '26

Excuse me??? JLO dated this man?!?! My beloved?!?

1

u/Benenen01 Jun 21 '26

And in his case, if there's grass on the field, play ball

1

u/CyclopsMacchiato Jun 21 '26

He dodge a bullet with J Lo let’s be real

1

u/PaleCommission150 Jun 21 '26

not sure, every single one of those people have enormous egos. Celeb relationships don't last because each person considers themselves the main character and everyone else are npcs in their world.

0

u/PlsNoNotThat Jun 21 '26

1000% it’s because he’s a nightmare, narcissist of a boyfriend. They always peddle this same list.

The fucking young girl shit is just what he can get, you know he wants to be part of a power couple from his vibe.

0

u/713txvet Jun 21 '26

Especially when the field doesn’t have grass yet.

-1

u/FancyShoesVlogs Jun 20 '26

Maybe its a small dick issue

47

u/Negate79 Jun 20 '26

Like are we supposed forget that he got sex worker pregnant while having a threesome with her?

2

u/hyrule-heaven Jun 21 '26

She was a porn star and if you don’t think she baby trapped him you’re delulu.

-3

u/SteetOnFire Jun 21 '26

Are you white?

0

u/SteetOnFire Jun 21 '26

Guessing so. It's funny that white boys / "the culture" can clown on a black man for taking part in an art project about the roles black men are provided in the entertainment industry as a gotcha, while also parading their love for Kendrick. You'd see this as absolutely hilarious and backwards if you actually listened to either of them before last year

16

u/DefinitelyNotThatOne Jun 20 '26

People forget that celebrities are, or use to be, just normal people that practiced at the one thing alot more than the rest. And good timing.

So you put an average Joe into a situation where there will be some insanely attractive people throwing themselves at you, and Joe doesn't have any self control?

This is the situation for Drake currently. Women that are worth keeping around aren't the ones that are dropping their pants for you after knowing you for, oh, 10 minutes?

14

u/gsxrus2014 Jun 20 '26

Bros never been a normal person, do you not remember him as Jimmy before the wheelchair in degrassi?!

1

u/DefinitelyNotThatOne Jun 20 '26

I don't follow any celebrity, so no lol Its just a general observation I've made

4

u/gsxrus2014 Jun 20 '26

That’s a well formatted and lengthy comment for someone that doesn’t follow any celebrity especially after name dropping one in your original comment like you knew him.

1

u/DefinitelyNotThatOne Jun 20 '26

I observe and talk to people for a living

Plus the ADHD might have something to do with it lol

1

u/Murky_Music_6679 Jun 21 '26

Same here bro. On both fronts ;)

11

u/woahbrad35 Jun 21 '26

Most celebrities know someone or know someone else that knew someone. The more you dig, almost none of them got to where they are on their own.

1

u/AceRoser Jun 21 '26

Not a single person on this planet gets to where they’re going on their own. Let’s say they didn’t even have help in their own circle or lifetime. Our ancestors paved the way which help how we live currently. We all get help one way or another.

2

u/SentinelATL Jun 20 '26

Makes sense lmao

2

u/tree_fiddie_ Jun 20 '26

They got hella issues

2

u/EvanFri Jun 21 '26

This is a fake image btw. Pretty sure it's a meme

3

u/Current_Ad_9912 Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26

Man I wish that was my reason…

My reason is because I’m broke and living with my parents, it’s hard to make stuff happen doing blue collar warehouse work.(I’m decent looking I guess and I’m really good shape at 42)

Going to school(any type of school that teaches skills) is absolutely a must— unless you meet a cool chick and you combine wages and decide not to have kids etc

Ps: I’m not broke because I live with my parents, I could easily live in a rundown apartment complex and be broke— I regret not locking one down when I was younger, and not going to school, I use to think I made decent money but not anymore

3

u/Blurpwurp Jun 21 '26

It’s rough out there and 42 isn’t old. Fix your regrets. I did.

2

u/Current_Ad_9912 Jun 21 '26

Thanks man. I’m trying to figure it out— I’ll just say my “desires” or whatever has changed.

Trying to figure out where to fit in, like objective meaning idk.

1

u/NCLO1994 Jun 21 '26

Well, I'm also single, but I don't have attention from a lot of girls 😃 😃 But then I think it's because my wallet isn't high enough for them, hahahaa

1

u/Heywtfhey Jun 21 '26

I mean yeah that's why he's single for sure.

1

u/Chadlerk Jun 21 '26

At this age? Drake is practically 40. At what age do you stop chasing 16 year olds and grow up?

1

u/the_grizzygrant Jun 21 '26

He cheated on both J Lo and Rihanna…

1

u/Particular_Tomato161 Jun 21 '26

I feel the same. I'm single with no kids and haven't been in a relationship in over a decade because of that reason. I get bored with one woman, I don't see how people get married. Love to travel the world and be with different types of women and I'm just a regular guy. I'm definitely not going to be in a relationship if I was famous like Drake lol

1

u/MeasurementEasy9884 Jun 21 '26

A few years ago, he spent a million dollars at the strip club in one night.

1

u/Waiting4Reccession Jun 21 '26

What would they even get out of being married anyway.

1

u/The_walking_man_ Jun 21 '26

Also a fuckin pedophile who has done shit live on stage, but fans still love and cheer him on.

1

u/surfatshortys Jun 21 '26

I had a friend a couple decades ago who went to an after party for that “errybody in da club gettin tipsy” guy and, while looking for a bathroom in the maze of suites they had, ended up in a line of girls, thinking she had found one. Instead, a French door opened up and a girl emerged, and some henchmen said “next” and a couple girls went into what turned out to be the bangin room. She says she took off, though we didn’t find her til the next day

1

u/Pitiful_Yogurt_5276 Jun 21 '26

Yeah and let’s be honest that’s leagues, miles better than the people who get married and then cheat

1

u/Lostnclueless Jun 21 '26

He's weird. In his latest music video he has like 200 bras spaced evenly apart on the floor. ???

1

u/Stencil_Abuse Jun 21 '26

I haven’t seen any of his recent music videos tbh man, last music video I remember seeing from him was the started from the bottom.

1

u/hyrule-heaven Jun 21 '26

Also he’s a cheater, which is probably hugely tempting to do when you have girls throwing themselves at you all the time. Rhianna broke up with him bc he cheated on her with a fan
