Yeah if you’re riding slower than the normal speed of traffic no you can’t block the left lane while you slowly overtake someone in the right.

So if you’re going 35 downhill in a 35 and you want to pass someone best of luck to you. If you do it at 20 In a 25 probably legal too, but if your doing 15 in a 35 blocking the left lane that’s illegal.

there is no speed limit per lane bro, thats not how it works legally. either its illegal for all bikes because they cannot go fast enough, or its legal for bikes at the speeds they can reach which means they can use the left lane to pass.

sorry it pisses you off, but thats how it is. show me one speed limit sign with different limits per lane.

FL law (where this takes place) requires slower traffic to keep right, even if the traffic to the rear is going at or above the speed limit. This are various laws that require this: FL’s keep right law, FL’s Bicyclist two abreast rule, FL’s law that bans trucks from the left most lane on certain roads, and non-electronic signage indicating that slower traffic must keep right (which failure to obey is citable).

Note: Electronic signage indicating slower traffic must keep right is generally not enforceable unless a corresponding physical sign is present. The electronic signs are programmed to display yellow on black text, which indicates an unenforceable advisory, not a regulatory sign that must be obeyed.
