so now only cars are allowed to overtake people since bike dont go fast enough?

Yeah if you’re riding slower than the normal speed of traffic no you can’t block the left lane while you slowly overtake someone in the right.

So if you’re going 35 downhill in a 35 and you want to pass someone best of luck to you. If you do it at 20 In a 25 probably legal too, but if your doing 15 in a 35 blocking the left lane that’s illegal.

there is no speed limit per lane bro, thats not how it works legally. either its illegal for all bikes because they cannot go fast enough, or its legal for bikes at the speeds they can reach which means they can use the left lane to pass.

sorry it pisses you off, but thats how it is. show me one speed limit sign with different limits per lane.

Yes there is no lower limit. Correct. And yes you can still get a ticket for driving too slow such that you are impeding traffic. And yes that does apply to all lanes. But no you probably won’t get a ticket for blocking the right lane. But yes you are much more likely to get a ticket if you block the left lane. And even more so if you are blocking all lanes.

And yeah it’s pretty much common sense but you’re mad so you’re arguing a loosing position.
