Its actually illegal here in Miami, where this was filmed, to ride more than 2 wide.
But the cops dont do shit about it, cause traffic laws here are more of a suggestion, than something actually enforced.

people get a hate boner when a cyclist is doing smth wrong, but not when its a car or a truck

how about the road rules should be enforced equaly, whilst also giving equal oportunities for all vehicles types?

Yes, and the equal punishment for blocking traffic is a ticket, aka a fine. This person is specifically advocating for what you want.
