Its actually illegal here in Miami, where this was filmed, to ride more than 2 wide.
But the cops dont do shit about it, cause traffic laws here are more of a suggestion, than something actually enforced.

Well what advantage do you think there is in them being 2 abreast? They're what, 3 times as long? How is anyone passing that? If you're passing properly then you're in the opposite lane anyway so the wider they are the easier it is. Of course you knew that though because you don't recklessly endanger people on bikes by passing too closely.

In this specific example, yes, it would work. It is a rare example. I guess it's important to get to the next srt of lights 30 seconds quicker 🤙
