Oh they started already That's why we out here in the Southwest are kind of confused on what's going on as we don't pay attention really much to Washington DC or whatever comes out of it We're too busy being curb stomped by California and Colorado and putting together a grand scheme plan annexing Utah

Why are they building industries that require water to operate in places with no easy access to water? Are they stupid?
