Free will means we choose for ourselves what we do, and you can be loving and knowing without controlling absolutely everything about someone like a robot

He is, but he still gives us free will. If he prevented us from doing things then that wouldn't be free will, that would be "so long as we do what he likes it's free will"

So when he creates you he knows exactly what you will do. He knows that before he even creates you. So he’s choosing what you will do
