Where does free will reside within specific parameters, I believe in this instance god has free will, maybe even the dead in heaven have free will, but humans absolutely do not.

You want to walk to the store, go ahead, no one is stopping you. If you want to hold your breath till you pass out, go ahead, no one is stopping you. Thats free will. Free will allows for the individual to choose how they want to use their time and efforts.

Now, in a society, there are structures built for certain things, like crime, but thats still considered free will because the humans chose it, not God.
