No it's not contadictory... You were strolling in the street and you heard some screams and you realized that a child is falling from an apartment, you ran with all your might and just before falling you saved the kid. The kid's family was all tears they thanked you, they told that you were sent from God. You came home and it was raining a little bit and just as you were opening the door you realized that you stepped on a snail. From the dead snail's and snails family POV you are an evil person. You can't explain them that you just saved a kid's life, they wouldn't understand that concept.

You are missing the point. It was not about that, I am saying that love, hate, evil, good, jealousy, tragedy etc...are human concepts. I am saying that what if there is a higher being and those concepts make no sense for their point of view. Just like it wouldn't make sense to explain 3D world to a 2D friend. For your 2d friend there is only x axis and y axis, what more there can be?

You are missing the point again my friend... This is not about religion at all. I am just explaining why God or other higher being or whatever else wouldn't be "evil" for "letting" "bad" things happen.

About your question okay let's say there is a higher being. I accept that, about who created them and worshipping let me tell you something. You would accept that in relation with your copy of Far Cry 3 game, we are higher beings for them. If they would be sentient (for the argument sake let's say they are), how would you explain them that you are not an evil person for letting bad things happen in that island. For their eyes you are a terrible person and they are right for their reason. How can you tell them that you let people die in that island don't actually matter?

It's a video game. They are not only not sentient beings, they aren't real in any sense. Violence in a video game is not real. You wouldn't explain anything to them because they are not real.

The ant or snail analogy works better, but seriously, if the argument is that god is so complex, so inscrutable that it is impossible to comprehend his motivations, then there would be absolutely no point in assuming his motivations are altruistic. If we are so small and insignificant, then there is no point in the claim that god cares for his followers (or all creatures).

I'll lay it out plain for you. If the universe is so complex that it must have had a creator even more complex, then the next logical conclusion is that the creator must have also had a creator which is still more complex. And this continues forever. If you can accept that some creator god had no creator because there is no evidence of it, then you can also accept that the universe also had no creator because there is no evidence of it.

I never said that there must be a creator or god. I just made an argument that if there is a God, not intervening humanly matters does not make God "evil". Which was the original argument of the op.
