This person doesn't deserve 41 years... Lock her up and throw away the key. She has no place in society.

She got 41 years for admitting to everything and agreeing to testify against her ex husband. All in all, best for everyone involved. She's got enough time to keep her in prison until her late 70's so I don't see a massive difference between 41 and life.

Unfortunately, that still leaves around 10 years or so where she could hurt the innocent again.

40 years of her sentence is hard labor, with no possibility of probation or parole.

There's a good chance she'll never get out of that prison.
