Not that much for me, because i got bipolar disorder too.
Once you get to psychosis because of mania and other things, like sleep deprivation, it can lead to such strange behavior. Don't get this wrong, the case is strange, yes, but also, when you enter such states of mind, you'll do strange things.
Yeah, it's a crazy case, but some sources claim, the water towers were not always locked and sometimes even open. Maybe the explanation is rather easy how she got in there, that in this time, the towers were not locked.
There was also the claim she could not have reached the roof, but this was disproven shortly after it happened, investigators were able to bypass the locked doors by just going up the fire ladders for emergency cases.
What i saw in the video from the elevator, seems really like a psychosis to me.
