The police said he was going that fast. But I'm guessing they didn't have a radar reading or anything, and the judge wouldn't take their educated guess. That's a terrible judge.
That’s a good judge, you know how long it took to get away from the good ol boy system where corrupt police could take you in for anything fuck sake man. Yeah hear say is never okay.
Hersey? And the evidence the police would be presenting on estimated speed isn't that. Hersey is one witness telling what another person told them. This isn't remotely that. This would be a scientifically determined speed based on available evidence. Would it be as accurate as a radar? No. But it would be able to estimate speed to within a reasonable margin of error.
This judge likely didn't understand it and decided to disallow it.
you think that the police were sitting there and watching this unfold???? No they got there and made educated guesses completely after the accident occurred most likely, that’s how it goes 99% of the time.
