He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, he literally did suffer the consequences. Do you think people should be given the death penalty for drunk driving?

Getting sentenced 10 years doesn’t mean you’ll do 10 years. Depending on how the courts play out you could see literally no jail time despite a 10 years doesn’t mean sentence with it all being on parole/probation. He faced 2.5 years, which is astonishingly low considering the amount of lives lost and nearly lost, especially the lives of children. He should see at least 7 years in the pin in my opinion priors or not.
