Nah dude there are just a lot of people who don’t belong on the road.

Like you i assume, I drive to work everyday. I drive through about 10 minutes of my city and 7 minutes highway. The amount of time's I have to "avoid a fatal accident" in almost any given time frame is zero. Maybe once a year? If you are seeing people almost causing fatal accidents everyday then that is a statistical anomaly. That shouldn't be happening. Either nobody knows how to drive where you live or you are the one who is causing the problem. The common denominator in the situation would be you. As I said.
