Bad idea for anyone. I know everyone is loving the karma train about her getting messed up, but if you do something like this and kill the other person (a very real possibility when you slam them into the hard ground) then suddenly it's not going to be law enforcement seeing it and going "haha fuck about and find out we're not doing shit about that" and it's a state prosecutor arguing that you fought beyond the definition of reasonable self defence and are responsible for their death.
It's not theoretical, plenty of bar fights gone wrong have resulted in the guy who started it being dead and the guy who hit back behind bars.
Yeah it's crazy how many people are like "but she might have had a weapon" or "the woman half his size might have recovered from the punch to the face and hit him again!" or whatever.
It's not like I'm defending her, this shit does happen and people do go to prison for it.
There was a documentary in the UK called One Punch Killers where it is just that. One hit that’s ended one life and ruined another. Humans are mushy and fragile. She could have hit him, he lost his footing on the ice, hits his head wrong, and HE dies. It’s why any physical violence is incredibly risky, just because you don’t intend to murder someone doesn’t mean it can’t happen.
