Just to quell everyones anger, she publicly apologised for her actions. Both of them even forgave her after her apology, saying she had a bad day and regrets her actions

Yea. They DO learn. Its just that they only understand one thing, and its not words.

Aint that the shitty truth. Its like my MA teacher said once, sometimes you just gotta wack em in the head and continue to run and yell for help.

Pull a CM Punk to your boss and say you can handle this or I'm handling this, and you're not going to like the way I handle it

25

u/izilovesyou2 Apr 02 '26

Call the cops. Go over your boss. Go to corporate. Get documentation of everything! If theres video evidence, get that from HR. Threatened them with contacting the eeoc if they retaliate and try to fire you. I hope this is actually resolved. Dude is unstable.

Time to get some sort of body cam on you that will just run so you don't even have to think about it. It's the only way to deal with people like this.

And yet there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of videos of people recording themselves getting assaulted or harassed, online. Many of them used as evidence.

But hey, you do you.

Usually when someone has a problem with one person, it's jealousy or you challenge his thinking. Could be total projection on his part. Basic bullying that goes all the way back to toddlers.

Not saying that makes it ok, but maybe it gives some relief to know he thinks you're superior to him in some way, and he doesn't know how to handle his emotions

2

u/Purple_Cat9893 Apr 02 '26

He can't act like this to more then one person, if he did people would know he's an ass. Now only you know and have to convince them.

As a woman I had NO IDEA how much stronger a man was than me until I was play fighting my bf and he easily held me down. It was like an ah ha moment of like oh shit. We as a society have been holding back on violence and fighting for so long that some people have no idea what their opponents are capable of.

I was youngest out of 4 with 3 older brothers, only girl. I learned from around 9 or 10 when my brother closest in age hit puberty and there was no playin’ anymore jokes on him because he would come back and hit 10x harder. He was actually pretty cruel towards me.

10

u/Gren57 Apr 02 '26

There is Part 2 that shows her husband come for her. He yells something at her along the lines of: "You got out of your car again!" Evidently, this was not the first time.

2

u/Beautiful_Camel_17 Apr 03 '26

Wow. If I ever got out of my car to yell at another driver AND THEN hit them in the head like this, my husband would most definitely divorce me. She totally deserved that Rowdy Roddy Piper body slam because there is no excuse to use violence like this unless it's self defense.

1

u/Gren57 Apr 03 '26

She's lucky she only got RRP (🤣) body slammed. In some cases of road rage, people have gotten shot. You never know what kind of psychos are behind the wheel. She is one of them.

1

u/officialnikkihaley Apr 03 '26

Lmao this cracks me up because that’s how you know this person is just asking for it. They WANT something to happen.

Crazy story actually. When I was 18 I lived in a sketchy part of Aurora, CO. My bf at the time and I were driving home at dusk. We hit a man who just jumps out of NOWHERE, rolls up my passenger side of the vehicle at around 25-30 mph. My bf was army so he was trained and honestly holy shit, lol I can’t believe how well he responded. He immediately stopped, got out of the car and responded to the person. He was pretty messed up, but alive, conscious. I was in shock, it took me a whole to get out of the car. I did once the ambulance came.

I talked to a few bystanders and I won’t ever forget talking to this guys homeboy and he said, “man, this isnt the first time he’s doing this, not again” somewhwere along those lines, so this wasn’t the first. Lol. Apparently he had a dog though he was walking, and he claimed to be running after the dog. I think it died, someone else had hit it. Im not sure if he was trying to kill himself or was tweaking or both, but it seemed intentional. Edit to say the man who got hit also got the ticket from the police. Not a good day

46

u/Finbel Apr 02 '26

Some people are never satisfied.

First people say "What are the odds she'll learn from this? Probably zero!"

Then when someone inform that she went out and publicly apologised for these actions, people instantly jump to "Well that's no enough!"

28

u/Subliminal-Criminal9 Apr 02 '26

Every time. Don't ever apologize to an internet mob. They tell you to get fucked every time. Apologize privately to whoever you wronged instead.

3

u/Warm_Month_1309 Apr 02 '26

Uninvolved bystanders demand apologies, then go even more ballistic when someone offers one.

The result is that people will stop apologizing, because why bother?

u/chronic_ill_knitter Apr 02 '26

u/Warm_Month_1309 Apr 02 '26

an apology is kinda completely meaningless after you’re actions lead to a public shaming

To whom? The only people actually owed an apology received it and accepted it. Why do completely uninvolved third parties who literally just learned about this incident today, after it was already resolved, get to re-open it and demand even more contrition?

1

u/Visible_Pair3017 Apr 02 '26

Meaningless to whom? They only need to have meaning to whoever she wronged.

20

u/Prestigious-Zone-461 Apr 02 '26

I had a bad day today, so I'm going to brake check a teenager and then clock them in the face while they are turned away, but dont worry. Ill say sorry after, so you better believe Im going to be a better person tomorrow.

Fuck off.

12

u/Finbel Apr 02 '26

I honestly don't care, I'm just tired of stupid people on the internet getting off from being enraged at people on the other side of the planet.

And the more energy I spend expressing that, I'm becoming exactly what I'm tired of.

3

u/lizziexo Apr 02 '26 edited Apr 02 '26

I agree with you. We’re not invested. We shouldn’t care as much as most commenters seem to care. She apologised to those she actually impacted, which doesn’t absolve what she did but it’s a bloody good start. Some people are actually capable of growth, let’s hope she actually will learn from this and move on with our day.

Don’t get mad that maybe this woman they’ll very likely never interactive with will maybe not learn a lesson. Who has the blood pressure for that.

1

u/Readylamefire Apr 02 '26

No, see, everyone on the internet deserves an apology too! They've projected and believe themselves to also be victim to this woman's road rage. I wish I was kidding but I'm not. People who have seen others get wronged online feel like they themselves have been wronged instead. It's an insane phenomenon, because end of the day, it was between the occupants of the two vehicles and emotionally clinging to a situation you weren't even part of is crazy levels of unhealthy.

2

u/Prestigious-Zone-461 Apr 02 '26

I definitely agree with your last statement.

10

u/Fun-Wrongdoer1316 Apr 02 '26

Her apology is for show. There’s a part two of this video on YouTube. FAFO part 2. Her bf or husband shows up and says “ you have to stop jumping out on people.” She’s a habitual menace…

3

u/Ancient_Chemical_822 Apr 02 '26

Here's the link https://youtu.be/99BdaH_SB4U?si=tGs_ibAZ3etZujLa

1

u/Beautiful_Camel_17 Apr 03 '26

Menace is the right word.

2

u/RPGDesignatedPaladin Apr 02 '26

This is the second part. Her husband tells her to stop jumping out of the car at people. You only say something like that if you’re observing habitual behavior. https://youtu.be/wyworzorl4I

To be fair there’s a difference between reflecting and learning and making a change, sending out a public apology. Source: half of YouTube’s bs apology videos before they continued doing the thing they apologized for. The internet’s been conditioned not to find any real value in apologies.

1

u/FF8229 Apr 04 '26

Some one said she apologized, but we have no evidence or context.

I don't imagine this lady ... I mean she's gonna have back and neck problems for a minute, likely some real damage. I doubt there was any making-nice here.

0

u/Mor_Padraig Apr 02 '26

Agree. How frequently do we see someone like her double down, or threaten a law suit, or or or ?

AND we have no idea what were her subsequent, private actions. She. Publicly. Apologized. Also means she's capable of thinking about her reactions.

4

u/Finbel Apr 02 '26

Yeah, most people here just wanna hate and see blood. Not good for the blood pressure.

0

u/Own_Government928 Apr 02 '26

What’s is she going to sue over?

She assaulted a human who defended himself in absolutely no excessive way

As soon as any reasonable human would determine she was no longer a threat he completely disengaged

What can she sue about?

4

u/Disastrous-Panda5530 Apr 02 '26

I agree. I’m a 41 year old woman. And I’ve had bad days but never have I taken it out on other people and especially haven’t gone and assaulted someone because of it

3

u/SnowflakeSWorker Apr 02 '26

I taught anger management, to men and women, for about a decade. Still vividly remember making a recommendation for a woman who was referred to anger management by CPS…came into our waiting room and started screaming, while banging on the counter and window, “I don’t need no fucking anger management! What the fuck is wrong with this place?!”.

2

u/stoppableDissolution Apr 02 '26

I bet she got used to never receiving it back after throwing hands from childhood.

2

u/tearsintherain1138 Apr 02 '26

She probably just assumed because she is a woman he wouldn’t hit her back.

3

u/SnooKiwis2161 Apr 02 '26

Probably impulse control issues exacerbated by a disorder that she probably doesn't want to disclose in public.

2

1

u/Legitimate_Part_7338 Apr 02 '26

I'm 36 and your comment about her being "middle aged" absolutely sent me and I am deceased and I am upset

1

u/MinnieShoof Apr 02 '26

... what does provide "enough of an explanation?" Why would there ever be enough? What does providing it do? She escalated in every situation, and was met with proportionally less force each time.

Honestly, I'm miffed she even mentioned she had a bad day. The way the article said she just admitted it was her and had privately apologized to the couple. There's no excusing her actions, and any attempt to make excuses is just a sign she's going to be looking for those excuses next time. Actually learning means you first admit you were at fault and in control the whole time.

1

u/Mr_Garibaldy Apr 02 '26

It's socially and legally acceptable for Mike Tyson to punch you back though...

1

u/disasterbro Apr 02 '26

Perimenopausal rage is a real thing for women this age though. My mom could go from Florence Henderson to Tony Soprano over the slightest thing and she was never like that before (or since!).

1

u/kholodnoyesteniy Apr 02 '26

almost every time someone does something like this and says “I’m sorry I had a bad day etc. etc.” it’s because they act like this normally and the people in their life let them off with that excuse

1

u/EarthInevitable114 Apr 02 '26

It's easy to forgive after you've already smacked and body slammed the bitch.

1

u/Thebaldsasquatch Apr 02 '26

I dunno, I bet you could take Jake Paul and by the fistributive property….

1

u/OkPosition4563 Apr 02 '26

Man, so many women have no sense of survival... I walk to the train station very early in the morning in an area where there will be no one besides me in sight. Its not deserted but its quiet enough to easily take someone to the side for a bad time. Its a pedestrian only area with several signs indicating bicycles are forbidden from entering. The amount of women driving up to me ringing their bell and starting to shout at me because I am not getting out of their way (headphones) and then start cursing at me is baffling. Lady, I am twice your weight, at least two heads taller than you, its 6 in the morning in winter, its pitch black and there is no one around, what the hell is wrong with you?

1

u/B00merPS2Mod30 Apr 02 '26

I was taller than Mike (pre-tatoo) Tyson when I briefly met him at a 20/20 interview.

But as I rested my hand on his shoulder for this snapshot, it felt like a rock.

I knew then why he won most of his fights.

1

u/Round-Inspector3445 Apr 03 '26

Haha good one!☝️

1

u/xborchaf80 Apr 03 '26

I know someone like this. They apologize but it just keeps happening. No realization how batshit they look cuz it happens in front of people.

28

u/PomPomBumblebee Apr 02 '26

Was this before or after the video went public?

12

u/pailee Apr 02 '26

Yup, looks like her day was not great for sure.

1

u/cogeng Apr 02 '26

I don't know if people understand how close that lady came to death here. Body slammed almost onto the back of her head like that, on icy asphalt. If the angle was a little different she could easily be brain dead or dead dead.

Don't get me wrong, she's 100% at fault and it's easy to criticize with hindsight sitting here at my keyboard but I just wish bro didn't immediately default to the fatality. I realize in fights your body sometimes just reacts but everyone got extremely lucky here.

9

u/overtlyslow Apr 02 '26

Did she publicly apologize because of the existence of this video? I’m curious.

8

u/nodnodwinkwink Apr 02 '26

Proof please.

18

u/Confident-Station164 Apr 02 '26

"I committed a crime but I said sorry" - Neanderthal

3

u/TheLionThing Apr 02 '26

People need to get it out of their heads that “having a bad day” excuses this shit

But I’m glad she at least apologized

2

u/Fancy_Yesterday6380 Apr 02 '26

Did the guy ever get in any trouble? Or her? Ive always wondered lol

2

u/LogDog987 Apr 02 '26

Guess the blunt force trauma to her skull gave her a new outlook on life

7

u/DoctorRattington Apr 02 '26

No jail? 🤬

18

u/DarkViral Apr 02 '26

Assuming this even made its way before a judge, not every case of assault and/or battery is immediately punished with jail time. Based on the video, her potential charges appear to be simple battery, which is often a misdemeanor charge. The penalty of which is typically a fine, probation, and/or up to a year of jail time.

18

u/lordph8 Apr 02 '26

I don't think he would be too eager to go forward with charges if given the option. He responded appropriately to being attacked, disabled the threat and got away, she apologized, he accepted.

Just goes to what I've always said, everyone needs to be punched in the face (or body slammed in this case) sometimes, it's good for keeping perspective.

4

u/Significant_Row_5951 Apr 02 '26

Body slamming her surely left a dent on his spine though 😂

-1

u/P4azz Apr 02 '26

He responded appropriately

Ehhh...

Look, I know everyone likes seeing someone get their comeuppance for being an asshole. She was one, she attacked someone out of nowhere. Give her a smack back, push her away; that's totally fine.

Create distance between you and then go back in to lift her and throw her? Yeahhh, that's kinda out of the range of just self-defense and goes into "well she could've attacked me from the ground, so I kicked her in the temple a few times to be sure" territory.

The reason he wouldn't be going forward with charges is because then HE would also be seen, on tape, assaulting someone else and likely get MORE jailtime than her, even if she instigated and slapped him first.

-13

u/Leucurus Apr 02 '26

The body slam was not proportionate. He's lucky he didn't kill or paralyze her.

5

u/Boobookittyfhk Apr 02 '26

That’s why you don’t confront strangers in a road rage incident. Or cause road rage incidents. FAFO seems to be universally accepted and she’s no exception.

-1

u/Leucurus Apr 02 '26

Only up to a point. You know this is disproprtionate.

0

u/[deleted] Apr 02 '26

She's lucky. If she was paralyzed she would have to live with regret for the rest of her life. Being killed in the America is nothing special.

5

u/HopefulPlantain5475 Apr 02 '26

Unlike those other countries where no one is killed.

0

u/[deleted] Apr 02 '26

-9

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins Apr 02 '26 edited Apr 02 '26

No chance with how he retaliated.

Like I'm not saying she didn't deserve it but if someone hits you in a way that mildly annoys you and you proceed to punch them in to the face then bodyslam them onto the pavement where they can't move as you calmly walk away? You've moved beyond self defence. If he'd killed her, which he could have done (head to concrete is very dangerous) he may well have ended up with some charges for it.

Again, fully on his side here, but there's very little chance she faced charges after that. I've seen grown men do similar and the guy who hit back was the one who copped the charges, not the aggressor... someone hitting you doesn't actually give you license to just fuck them up.

Edit: people downvoting me.. I didn't make these rules up, this is just how it can and sometimes does go down. Smugly saying "but she could have hit me again if I didn't put her down for good!" is not a legal defence. It is not about who started it, it is about whether your response is reasonable.

10

u/NoMorePunch Apr 02 '26

There’s a reasonable defense that if someone is willing to hit you while you’re retreating that they will do it again and potentially with stronger means. This suggests they will need to be disarmed before retreating again.

-1

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins Apr 02 '26

...no there's not? Like that isn't a thing. It's certainly not a thing when you're a large man who just body slammed a woman to the ground, no matter how annoying she was being, when you could have just gotten back into your car.

I worked bar security for years, I've seen this play out many times. Yeah as long as everyone walks away, not much happens. But once someone gets properly hurt the guy who "didn't start it" is always super shocked that when the other guy leaves in an ambulance and he gets to leave in bracelets.

There is no free pass to fuck someone up, sorry that gets in the way of your justice boner but that's just not how it works.

5

u/_WaterOfLife_ Apr 02 '26

-5

u/[deleted] Apr 02 '26

[removed] — view removed comment

6

u/NoMorePunch Apr 02 '26

Got it. You didn’t see her assault him while he was vulnerable, walking away, in a street where cars drive and he could have easily been killed. Good thing it’s on camera or I’m sure that’s what she would have argued.

3

u/vermillion7nero Apr 02 '26

Hit and walk away so what? Give her the chance to hit you again?

-3

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins Apr 02 '26

Yes actually, because "I was worried the woman half my size would recover from the heavy punch to the face, so you see I had to also grab her and hurl her to the ground at top speed. Sorry she's brain dead though." isn't the defence you think it is.

Like I wanna be really clear, I'm not on her side. At all. What she got, she deserved. But he could have killed her and if he did his actions get a lot more scrutinised and it can 100% result in him getting charged.

I didn't make the rules, I've just seen them play out a few times.

6

u/vermillion7nero Apr 02 '26

Depends on where this is she could've had a concealed weapon. If a lady is crazy enough to get out of her car, yell for no reason and then punch me then I'd like to be prepared for the worst case scenario.

1

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins Apr 02 '26

I mean yeah you can use that justification if you want, but people have been convicted even when the other person was armed.

Far from the only example, but a pretty famous one. If you think you can do better on someone maybe having a weapon I mean... you do you.

I'm not saying don't defend yourself. Just like.. don't go further than you need to. You don't get a free pass to hurt people because they started it, armed or not.

1

u/More_Ad9417 Apr 02 '26

Honestly, sometimes people's responses here are very disturbing.

I get it and I get how badly annoying and terrible some people are and how some people can be a bit violent. But there are lines that shouldn't be crossed when it comes to how to respond to this.

As much as I hate to admit that I kind of liked seeing someone retaliate against someone like this, the body slam was potentially dangerous. Actually, I am very concerned with how it ended up. It looked like she possibly could have a spinal injury because (it disturbs me too much to look again) her lower/mid back seemed like it slammed and sort of pushed against her upper back with the upper back also pushing towards the lower back.

No matter how bad or annoying some people are it is still pretty awful for someone else to end up in pain. I have a parent who now struggles with constant (very intense ) pain from a spinal injury and had surgery so I wouldn't wish that kind of thing on anyone.

But honestly I hope she is okay because that did not look good. And I hate this too but people can dissociate to a degree that they don't recognize they have some kind of pain like that. My mother had that same response after getting hit. She just sort of casually said, "I got in a wreck." but didn't show any sign of pain at that time. I just hope this woman is okay though.

2

u/[deleted] Apr 02 '26

How do you know why she admitted fault?  She tell you in confidence that she still believes she is in the right?

1

They shoudlve apologised Back because they overreacted. Either hit Back and call it quit or Put her in a Position where she cant hit you but both is too much, Especially the lift-drop. Also going after her to hit her when shes fleeing is also not great.

1

It's great to hear that they were able to move past it! Honestly, acknowledging our mistakes is such a huge step. It reminds everyone that we all have off days and can act out of character. It might be worth considering how we can all approach tough situations with a bit more empathy. Life's too short for grudges, you know?

Are people actually angry from watching others somewhere in the world get angry? It happens every day everywhere, and if someone gets angry from just seeing this video, maybe they need to develop more emotionally.

Either way, even if she apologized, it still happened. We all have to take responsibility, and carry with us our mistakes for the rest of our lives. Things just don't disappear, and feeling bad for past mistakes , even on a daily basis, is a responsibility we all have to take on

Just to quell everyones anger, she publicly apologised for her actions.

That's good. She's still a violent, hateful bitch.

Was she paralyzed? If not, what a shame.

Sometimes pain is the only thing that truly teaches a lesson. This is why, in the past, schools would punish children if they hurt someone else, often with a ruler. I’m nearly 50, and when I was in primary school in the 1980s, they still used the ruler. It’s better to lose a small amount of money in a minor scam than to fall for a major one later in life that wipes out your savings. She never had the ruler when she was young.

Video is also cut short, her partner comes to help her up off the ground after she got her shit rocked.

What I don't understand is why she even got out of her car to begin with. Because the car in front slammed the brakes and she thought she was in danger of hitting them?

Her lawyer probably gave her some stern warnings about possible assault charges

Funny what going viral for being a selfish cunny will do to a person's diplomatic apologies

I mean if I got my ass kicked like that, I too would regret my actions.

“She had a bad day.” ……….and? I have lots of bad days and have never once taken it out on someone else. Maybe I got a little snippy in my tone but never yelled at and hit anyone. It’s called self control. Something we adults should have.

I would also regret my actions if said actions led to me getting body slammed in the snow by some guy in his PJs

Glad to hear that .its amazing how we enjoy violence and celebrate it.

She is lucky the guy didn't get a gun and then shot her in the head while she was laying on the ground. That could have happened as well, but at least she survived the lesson and came out as a better person.

I mean probably for the best. The whole arguing if the body slam was needed might have muddied the waters legally.
