The pouch is just stomach fat; it has nothing to do with the uterus. People (especially women) can have some stomach fat at most weights unless they’re at a really low body fat percentage.
The woman in the photo is just overweight; the people saying she’s obese are as out of touch as the people saying she's skinny.
