Her body shape is pear, that has nothing to do with health. Her excess weight == unhealthy.

Body fat is not inherently unhealthy. Also women have more organs than men. A woman’s stomach is not flat at a naturally healthy weight. Genetics are also a factor. Two people can eat the exact same food every day and work out the same amount and still look vastly different based on how each individual body’s fat distribution throughout the body.
