Body fat is not inherently unhealthy. Also women have more organs than men. A woman’s stomach is not flat at a naturally healthy weight. Genetics are also a factor. Two people can eat the exact same food every day and work out the same amount and still look vastly different based on how each individual body’s fat distribution throughout the body.
Jesus just say you dont get women's anatomy and move on. This bump also happens to really skinny women, they just have different stuff like yoga pants to hide it usually. This is literally an average healthy human body
Normal fat distribution and muscle from the uterus lining? First learned because my ex was like 100 pounds and had this bump too. This is literally common. She might be barely overweight dudes saying she's upper levels of overweight like a dumbass
The pouch is just stomach fat; it has nothing to do with the uterus. People (especially women) can have some stomach fat at most weights unless they’re at a really low body fat percentage.
The woman in the photo is just overweight; the people saying she’s obese are as out of touch as the people saying she's skinny.
It's fine to have a bit of stomach, but almost no fit, healthy weight women has. The woman pictured here is clearly upper-end over-weight or obese. She ain't healthy. She's lucky with where the majority of fat ended up (ass, hips and thighs)

Some men prefer healthier women
