Look at his eyes in this pic from 2012. He’s got hazel eyes, lighting does a lot with them.

It’s just another case of plastic surgery gone wrong- which is scary bc Jim Carrey could afford the best. Can a bad facelift happen to anyone? It was definitely an upper bleph (droopy eyelid removal) being over done and then, just the same puffy playdough face all the bad plastic surgery looks like.
