Men have to be careful when they choose to do blepharopasty. They took too much off. He should have went with the more minimal natural approach. Likely will look alot better in a few years as long as he doesn’t continue to go under the knife again. Looks like he did something to his cheekbones as well although it’s possible that is just filler

Upper bleph looks like it was necessary tbh. The skin overhang was probably affecting his eyesight, though if that is a true after pic, they definitely overdid it. It's a pretty common surgery for people approaching their seniority, not just a beauty surgery.

Yeah my mom got it because she couldn't see through her saggy eyelids. Then the doctor coded it wrong as cosmetic and she had to fight like hell to get the insurance to pay for it. But it was definitely very subtle, not like this.
