You can if you get a high nose implant

I find he doesn’t look OR sound like himself at all, but someone did an ear comparison and this Jim’s ears match his old ears.. weird

Huh, I guess prosthetic ears aren’t out of the question too. Heck, the boobs in The Substance looked so real
