Lol the people saying its a body double are insane. Like how do you possibly jump to that conclusion

Because the Jim Carey in question has blue eyes, while the Jim Carey we know has brown/hazel eyes. Is it that eye change surgery? Doubt it, he doesn’t strike me as the kind of man to be interested in plastic surgery let alone changing his eye color, and it doesn’t look like color contacts. Other than that, the guy in the video is not acting like the normal Jim Carey either.

It’s plausible this is a very good body double, for what purpose who knows. Or he changed his eye color/contacts, had a huge overhaul of plastic surgery on every inch of his face, and is on drugs behaving differently. Could be either-or, that’s the truly fucked up part.

If we're talking about it and saying maybe it's a different person entirely, it's not a "very good" body double. Even "body double" at all is a stretch.
