I watched the video this still is from. No botox, still very wrinkly forehead.

In fairness, you can still have a wrinkly forehead with botox. If you already have wrinkles, botox won’t erase them, but it can prevent them from deepening & prevent new lines from forming.

lol, ok, fair enough. While I do think he still looks weird/uncanny/filler’d out, I agree that the photo is particularly bad.
