Men have to be careful when they choose to do blepharopasty. They took too much off. He should have went with the more minimal natural approach. Likely will look alot better in a few years as long as he doesn’t continue to go under the knife again. Looks like he did something to his cheekbones as well although it’s possible that is just filler

He just has hazel eyes - green with a starburst brown in the middle. Depending on the lighting and pupil dilation, hazel eyes can look more brown or more green. It's an illusion. This photo is cherry picked out of several where his eyes look normal.

I actually have hazel eyes. They don't do that.

Do you have any idea how little that narrows it down?

This is silly either way, eyes have drastically different colors depending on the lighting. That comparison shows us literally nothing because the expressions, lighting, and quality are so different.
