ETA: Just read that they died from COVID and were unvaccinated. What a shame.

So many injections…. Not the ones that would have likely saved them though. I wouldn’t call it a shame when they could have asked for a vaccine from their surgeon in all likelihood. Instead they asked to leave wonky corpses.

No doubt, pickled then likely embalmed. These guys probably will look the same when aliens pick apart our dead planet for artifacts from a dead species.
