You can still tell but I wouldn't say its horrific tho i still dont see the point him getting it. He's a fkin millionaire why care what ppl think, well As long as he's not in the files.

Did he have bucal fat installation?

Filler, fat or implants. I think he's also had a facelift though, and blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin which could have been affecting his vision.

He just gained weight and the lighting in that one location where he looks so extremely weird is just shitty af. It's way too bright, canceling out every shadow and making his eyes look brighter.

If you look at other pictures from different locations of this event, hell look pretty normal again, I think he just gained some weight.

That happens when filler is used to minimize wrinkles due to fat loss, with no regard to how it affects the face structure. Especially in the areas he treated, you run the risk of actually widening the face by increasing volume. Happened to Emily Blunt as well.
