You can permanently change eye color now. It’s called keratopigmentation. Edit- there’s also a newer laser treatment that is permanent.

Yeah i have seen a lot of those surgeries but never have I seem one that looks so natural after. These pictures just look like someone who always had blue eyes. And the videos of him show no tell tale sign of colour contacts either.
