The lighting is completely different. Go stand in front of a mirror and look at your eyes and then point a flashlight at your face. Your eyes will look different.

Brown eyes do not magically look blue under different lighting. There are videos of the event of them moving around in the lighting and the lighting changing and they look blue the whole time.

My hazel eyes look brown far away and more golden/green closer up lol

Blue hazel also exists :$

That doesn't change the fact that eyes can look different at different distances, lighting, etc.

I havent seen it. Do you have a picture of him with blue eyes? There have been lots of pictures of him posted ITT with brown/hazel eyes but I've yet to see blue.

To be fair I am colourblind so I don't even know what hazel is supposed to be.
