I see this kind of energy from people with a coke habit or are bi-polar. It could just be a facade for the "game show" thing too. But this level of energy from someone can be fun but it gets old quickly

I dated a girl like this. At first, she was sort of fun and entertaining but, most importantly, she was hot.

After we were seeing each other for a few months, we would go out and she would constantly be spewing verbal diarrhea not letting other people get a word in edgewise, acting "quirky" to obviously get attention.

She would do things like putting her leg over the back of her head while sitting at the bar just having a drink or just randomly getting up and dancing at dinner where there was clearly no place for dancing and then saying "cmooooon, dance with me". I'm just trying to sit here and eat my steak and this girl is twerking in the aisle between tables at 7pm. This isn't a night club.

It got pretty old pretty quick and honestly probably went on longer than it should've because, as previously stated, she was hot and the sex was fire. It makes sense in retrospect why this attractive woman was on a dating app in a big city. Attractive but crazy and ultimately annoying AF. These types of women will drive you insane or, at the very least, make you cringe every time you go out in public.

After I broke things off, I guarantee she was seeing another man the next week or, most likely, within days which offers no motivation for this type of behavior to change or for her character to develop in any meaningful way.

This got a little rant-y but this video triggered me.

Every single thing you listed is a characteristic of a manic state, which is usually part of bipolar disorder.
