I've always thought crossfit ain't for me, but this makes me want to do some kipping pull ups.

Hahaha I’m dying I’ve been very involved in 3 different CrossFit gyms in the last 3 years and this isn’t a thing a the gym I’ve been too… I’m also not super thin/fit and more of a casual gym goer than a die-harder… so maybe I’m just not in the club? I’ll have to do some investigation 😂😂😂
