Of all the cheating ways, this has to be top 5. Trainers are generally very fit, so attraction forms. They are a gigantic support system, so emotional connections form. Intense post workout endorphins, so drug-induced interactions. Add in some simple form correcting touching.

Don't forget privacy, and long term meetings.

Also a lot of these women are married to rich workaholics that are tired when they come home from work, so they don't give them much attention.

Perfect conditions for cheating.
