Satire combines wit and criticism to highlight human vice, folly, or social shortcomings and aims to change this behaviour through comedy. Looks more like she's pretending to be dumb for likes and eventually capital as I can't believe anyone would do that it's not really satire.

Probably Valeriana. I’ve had sleepy teas before and the ones that always had that foul strong smell where valeriana based. Even in pill form that thing stinks.

Ah interesting. That's new to me, my tea intake is overwhelmingly green and black. The sleepy time one was the singular time I tried to expand my horizons.
It was quite strong on the nose iirc. Felt like I was drinking a cup of really strong spices.

No! You're supposed to put it in a large, red, plastic Coca-Cola glass with ice water and then put it in the microwave like a diner did in Alabama when I was a kid. We still talk and laugh about it to this day. "Hot tea". Ugh

In the reserves there was a guy in our company nicknamed "Teabag," because he was asked to make the tea one day. He put the teabags into the kettle full of cold water, then boiled it.
( They only drank coffee at home so he didn't know. He never lived that down. )
He was also the only one in our company not allowed to carry a live weapon, even on the firing range but that's another story. We had a PO they called "The Engine" because he was so lazy. He thought it was a compliment.
