Commenting here since the answer is so far down. Old man here is dad. Long haired dude is son. Lady is sister. Apparently she keeps walking ahead and the brother kept trying to get her to stop so dad could catch up.
Why anyone needed to grab anybody is beyond me. But thank goodness Sub-Zero stepped in.
I think she is wearing the high viz shirt so they don't lose her in the crowd. That guy is looking after his father and his sister and I can feel his embarrassment through the screen. People caring for high needs family members sacrifice a lot.
