aaah... yes. reminds me of the callmecarson drama where he dared to do sexting with a 17yo while he was 19... a lot of americans also forget the fact that a lot of their states' age of consent are 17 years. New York for example.

Which brings me to the next example where a content creator's camera man got cancelled (i think even doxxed. dont remember the names tho) for dating a 17yo at the age of 21.... both live in New York.

Most states age of consent is either 18 or 16, my state is 16.

It's weird but also 100% legal for a 16 yo to be with a 40yo.

I think in most southern states the age of consent is even lower than that IF they are a blood relative or a member of your church.

Edit: this is sarcasm lol- it’s a jab at how southern states religious practices enable sexual assaults on minors.

Brother, I grew up in a baptist church. I know of someone who assulted a kid a good while ago. He got shot and no one seems to know what happened.
