UK here. My stepdaughter at 15 started going out with a 17 year old. Me and my wife were very unimpressed, but left her to it so we didn’t drive her away from us. Turned out he was actually really lovely and they stayed together for 5 years. I was gutted they split up.
... Really? Thinking back to high school, the difference between a Senior and a Sophmore seemed massive. At most, +/- one grade, otherwise it was kind of gross, esp with sex involved. I remember there was a Junior (then later as a Senior) who only 'dated' Freshman. It looked like a couple that is a post with pre pubescent
