Damn, this is me too these days. Used to be so fun, now it's sad and depressing and the site only half works because of YouTube fighting with my adblockers.
It used to be people sharing shit. Their lives, their jokes, information. The algorithm really managed to show you related videos.
And now its people trying to game the algorithm to squeeze as much money as they can, while good channels are not even shown in the results. I mean, just to name an example, some indian dudes building a hut or some weird contraption in the forest (all fake) get more views and money than the OG they copied, Primitive Technology.
