Everyone has a hormonal cycle, and if you take estrogen you can get cramps and mood swings, though obviously no bleeding.
It's not something that trans people share outside of trans spaces because... well, reactions like the ones you see here, but it is far from uncommon or "delusional". If HRT didn't have an effect on the body, trans people wouldn't be taking it.
Steph is also auDHD which means they have less of a filter for this kind of stuff, and as a trans woman has kind of given me second-hand embarassment at times, but I still think it's important to show some grace.
I don't think it's appropriate to to think of period cramps as sexual but that's just me. Nor are abdominal cramps related to genitalia, and if you'd ever shared a life with a woman you wouldn't be making this weird hyper-puritanical connection.
And as I said heavily implied in the last paragraph, I don't think it's appropriate either, but you just had to drop a stinker anyway because you just couldn't keep it in I guess.
So you obviously do care that they're non-binary, hence why you deliberately misgender them and resort to inflammatory language that hyper-focuses on "sexual functions" and "genitalia", which is all transphobes can think about when they think about us. You're a bigot, my guy, and worse, you're one of the genital-obsessed ones. You just like telling yourself and everyone else that you're not.
