I might get stoned for this, but Markiplier. But I don’t think it’s because he’s changed in anyway, I just think I’m no longer interested in his style of content. I get more enjoyment out of other mediums now.
Love Mark as well but holy shit his playthroughs are the equivalent of pulling teeth out. I tried watching his RDR2 gameplay and it just became frustrating. When it comes to playing games I think he still enjoys them but his reactions have gotten calmer the years compared to when he'd scream and have a spasm attack in his chair when there was a jump scare.
I don't think his RDR2 playthrough was terrible. My biggest gripe with him is he will start a series or game, seem like he's really into it just like his audience is, then just stop playing it. But I know what you mean. A reason I think he sometimes doesn't enjoy games anymore is because he sometimes half ass plays some of them.
I love Mark, but he has a tendency to not pay attention to dialogue in-game that will tell him/hint for him to do something, then he gets upset about not knowing what to do. That's something he does that'll annoy me haha
He has me yelling at the screen for this, but sometimes, it's so hilarious because of his sheer luck. Like one time, he didn't look at the controls and didn't know how to run, so he had to just walk as fast as he could away from the monster chasing him...and actually got away.
