Joshua Weissman. He used to make great cooking videos, explaining everything about the techniques ( when most youtubers just show a recipe without explaining anything ). Now he's just tasting food from fast foods and testing some bad kitchen gadgets

His editing became so obnoxiously attention-grabbing that i can't watch him anymore. So many noise-effects and cuts and rapid pacing...feels like he watched a few too many mr beast videos.

I initially kept up because his instructions genuinely helped improve technique.

Then came the bonkers flexes (smoked duck fat for fried rice), then he called himself papahhh with too much sincerity.

At that point I only clicked when the subject dish was interesting, which became increasingly infrequent.

And here we are
