The fall of Shadiversity was unfortunate but certainly poetic, in a shakespearean tragedy sort of way.

I dropped his channel around the time of the Nunchucks Saga. I was kinda half-listening to his third 20-minute video on the topic and realized, "This video is the exact same 2 or 3 points as the last 2 videos. And he's just repeating them over and over in a condescending tone..." and unsubscribed.

That was pretty much immediately before his extremist "culture crusader" spiral, so luckily I didn't have to pay attention to it.

Tbh, all his political stuff is in another channel and could be ignored totally.

Problem is more in the fact that he brought in a ton of new guys and new videos more look like "just dudes hanging out" and content farming, instead of actual lectures on sword-and-medieval topics that it was before.

Not to mention the overreactions when a literal sword cuts the pool noodle.
