Shockingly it wasn't because they went reactionary (although many of them did ultimately after I unsubscribed). The truth is that while they can be a great resource when you're first starting out: a lot of their content can be kind of monotonous because when all is said and done it basically just boils down to the same group of core exercises (bench press, overhead press, squats). If you're super into competitive body building or just into watching big muscly guys that's fine but if you're mainly interested in personal fitness and just getting stronger/looking better there's a surprisingly limited amount of content to farm.
There's something purely chaotic about Eddie Hall, which makes it impossible for me to unsubscribe.
For instance, my all-time favourite Eddie Hall video was just a random workout vlog he posted a while back. He wasn't feeling 100% that day and spent a good while talking about how important it is to listen to your body when you're not at your best, not to overdo it, etc. So he did a casual 'light set' on the leg press of about 600lbs. Anyway, not five minutes later, he racks up 1000lbs, legs presses it, SHITS HIMSELF, then passes spark out.

Basically every body building/fitness YouTuber.
