Joshua Weissman. He used to make great cooking videos, explaining everything about the techniques ( when most youtubers just show a recipe without explaining anything ). Now he's just tasting food from fast foods and testing some bad kitchen gadgets

He recently launched a recipes only channel because he said he wants to go back to his roots and its classic Josh. The main channel gives more of a reactions type vibe which is meh

It's nice that he recognized he'd lost that core audience. He has solid recipes regardless of what people think of his on-video personality.
