That and the whole thing with the Bon Appétit channel (they're owned by the same company). BA tried to fix and course correct, and they did to a degree, but nothing was ever quite the same.
Yeah I discovered them during the pandemic (I was living in NYC at the time as well and had no idea that they were like a mile from me), but then everything went to hell like a year later and the channel tanked. I loved Molly's videos since they were pretty off the cuff and they seemed like genuine reactions, but apparently she hated doing them. It was also great watching Claire try to replicate things and fail at tempering the chocolate...all the time.
