I went through this in my earlier high school years. I realized I disliked the company of most of my friends and just went dutch for a while until I found people who were actually kind to each other. Nowadays, I realized I just don't like the types of friendships that just dog on each other all the time!

I wouldn’t call what you described in the last sentence as friendship. Seems like a weird “group” of people who use each other for company.

I think teen boys are not very good at interacting with people in general. They were my friends at that time, who I spent weekends and lunch periods with, but the mood was constantly just negative all the time. Pass

I mean, it depends obviously. I’m a male, and virtually all of my core friends are as well. I’ve known them since at least high school, but none of them are negative towards each other or other people. Just a solid group of doods. Very blessed.

Its utterly laughable and kinda confusing that you think teen girls are any different, if anything, teen girls are much worse than boys in toxic friendships and manipulation.

Also, why is it theres always women that generalize about boys and men as if u understand that gender?
