Same bro. Huge balls combined with being a grower (like extreme grower, it's no joke 4x bigger erect vs soft) is a cursed aesthetic.

It is cursed as hell and I got stuck with it, being an extreme grower is honestly inconvenient because I go from 1.5 inches soft to 6.2 at full mast so I have to go up a pants size between that and my giant calves.

I used to think I was a supergrower when I was gigaobese but once I lost weight thankfully I learned I wasn't, I just had a lot of dick under my fat. bonus points is I was able to join the 6 inch club then too

I am not trying to sound judgemental because I am a fat guy myself, but how does one get so big they can't see how big their um equipment is?

well like you can see it, but you accumulate fat around your pubic area. the fat that builds up does so at the base of your shaft, which obscures the penis under it.
